- Spacious screened lanai with dining space and a gas grill. We provide a propane tank, but you may need to fill it.

Grove City is very easy to get around by car or bike. The neighborhood is very walkable, and you can take your boat to many waterfront restaurants.

We added an AMAZING 14x34 pool with a marble patio, featuring a water heater for winter and a water chiller for summer!

We added a new primary bedroom opposite the other two bedrooms, featuring a king bed and a smart TV.

Tuesday: Garage Day - please make sure to put the garbage cans by the road on Monday evening as they come early!
Friday: Lawn mowing
