Guests have access to the entire Knot Working condo during their stay, including the private in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

* Community Boat Docks: Day-use docking and fishing are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Docking is subject to availability and applicable community rules. Please be considerate of other residents and guests.
* Private Community Beach: Enjoy the community's private beach area, perfect for relaxing by the water and soaking up the Florida sunshine. Please respect posted rules and leave the area clean for others.
* Community Swimming Pool: Take a refreshing dip or unwind poolside on the available loungers. Please follow posted pool rules and supervise children at all times.
* Fire Pit & Seating: Gather with family and friends around the community fire pit and chairs. Use the fire pit only when permitted and follow all posted safety guidelines.
* Tiki Hut & Outdoor Dining: Enjoy the community tiki hut and its table and chairs for outdoor dining, relaxing, or spending time together in the coastal breeze.
