The Space:

Beachbound Bungalows offers a unique setup for larger groups, bringing two homes together in one inviting coastal retreat. Each unit has its own full kitchen and separate living space, giving everyone plenty of room to gather, relax, and enjoy time together while still having space to spread out.

Together, the homes offer four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds and four single beds, plus the sofa bed. Both homes are single-level, making it easy to move between the living areas, bedrooms, and kitchens.

The full kitchens are ready for everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a relaxed dinner back at the property.

The coastal charm continues outdoors, where the screened-in lanai creates a comfortable spot to slow down and enjoy the Florida setting. Pour yourself a favorite beverage, settle into the outdoor seating, and enjoy an easy afternoon between beach outings. When evening arrives, the outdoor grilling area provides a welcoming place to prepare a casual meal and spend more time together.

Inside, guests can settle in with cable TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. The homes also include a washer and dryer, linens, hangers, towels, and bathroom essentials, making longer stays convenient and comfortable.

Groups are welcome, and the property includes bathtubs, hot water, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a first aid kit.

Guests have access to both homes, including their separate living spaces, full kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor seating. Each home has a private entrance and its own driveway with parking for up to two vehicles, providing parking for up to four vehicles total.
