« unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower, tv was not working, the flush in toilet was temprimental and the toilet seat was moving, bed frame was broken. Definitely not worth £116 per night and without the breakfast. Daylight robbery. Was cleaned and nice man helped us to enter the front door. Sadly basic amenities failed. »

« I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. « The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma »

« I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. « Absolutely faultless...location was easy walking distance to all amenities..staff were really helpful..room was a very good size, clean and bed was comfortable...everything was great..we could park our motorcycles right next to our window for peace of mind..and to top it all the price was a real bargain...Will definitely stay here again »
