« Our tv had no remote. Luckily we discovered this before the front desk closed at 11. Went down, they said sorry there’s nothing they can do. Suggested universal remote app and said it would work cause tv and my phone are on same WiFi. This is incorrect, different WiFi’s. Couldn’t access or use tv and we were planning on watching several movies. »

« Not super great. The room was below average. There was a lot of very weird things going on in the parking garage that you have to use for the hotel stay. Drunk kids and strange people all over in there. Maybe it is just the downtown area there is a lot of drugs and homeless. »
