« Wonderful experience. This was our third stay at South Pier Inn. We're hopelessly attached to the liftbridge, the lake views and the easy walk over the canel--not to mention the stunning evening-lit skyscape of the city! »

« I like the valet parking, the helpful staff, the excellent on-site restaurant, and the historic feel of stepping back in time. »

« Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety »

« Beautiful lake view. Great staff who sent a complimentary bottle of wine for our 50th anniversary. Breakfast options are great. Perfect distance to walk to so many shops and restaurants. »

« We have stayed at this hotel before with zero complaints but this time around it was just meh. The shower had a pink scum around the doors and there was something red dried on the light switch. The pool is out of order until the 19th which was not communicated to us ahead of time. Breakfast was nothing great… the waffle/pancake machine was out of order leaving a long line up of people to use two toasters. Eggs and sausage pan was empty and we had to ask the front desk to find someone to fill it....

« The hotel lobby is beautiful, our room was ok, the wood on the bathroom door on the bottom was peeled and chipped away. Unfortunately, we had drain flies in our room that were also very annoying. We did have to ask for additional towels as they only supplied enough for a one night stay, and you don’t get your room serviced unless you stay longer than 3 nights. »
