« The house is very nice. The location on the Lake is great. However, the Main Floor has an empty feel to it because there is just not enough furniture. There are spaces that are just empty that should have furniture in them. A Couch for 2 and two chairs for such a big space just wasn't enough. « First of all, Barbara was great at communicating with us and was accommodating as well. The Hideaway Cottage was just as pictured. It was very clean and tidy. It is a cottage so the furniture is comfortable but not newly updated. « We liked the cottage and the tasteful renovations which preserved its historic nature. Loved the location's privacy and nature surrounding us. It was very warm over our stay and the AC units upstairs and down gave us more comfort. The linens were lovely, even if the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. « Nice cottage 5 minutes from Newbury beach on Lake Sunapee. Ample parking space for a couple of cars. Nestled in a wooded area. Quiet and comfortable. Very clean and inviting. Bathrooms were modern and extremely clean. Hannaford grocery is 6 miles out. Wifi worked flawlessly. Sunapee Ski Resort is 15 minutes away. Overall, great experience. Excellent 4 season rental for 6. »
