The heart of the home is upstairs, where the kitchen, dining and living area flow effortlessly onto a spacious all-weather deck. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, air fryer, and coffee machine, making holiday meals and slow mornings easy. The deck offers year-round comfort and breathtaking views. Its the perfect spot for long lunches, sunset drinks, morning coffees or simply watching the ocean change throughout the day. A telescope is provided if youd like a closer look at the coastline and passing boats.

The upstairs living area is comfortable in all seasons, with split system air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the home. In the evenings, relax with Netflix after a day exploring the coast.

The master bedroom is also located upstairs, complete with walk-in robe, ensuite and elevated outlooks that make waking up here something special. A powder room for guests adds extra convenience.

Downstairs, a second living area offers a relaxed space for families, with entertainment options ideal for kids and teenagers. Three generous bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and a well-equipped laundry complete the lower level. Large windows throughout bring in natural light and garden views.
