・SMOKING: None anywhere on the property, including the yard, decks, and front porch. ・SERVICE: Weekly hot tub service (usually Tuesdays) and yard service (usually Fridays) are included. The service folks will come through the front and back yard. ・BINS: If your stay includes a Sunday night, please wheel the two bins (gray trash, blue recycling) out in front of the garage Sunday evening and back in Monday after pickup. ・COVERS: Please cover the outdoor TV, grill, fire table, and hot tub when not in use and always overnight. ・HOT TUB: No glass, bubbles, soap, or hard toys. Please rinse off sand before getting in (it has damaged our filter pump), and keep kids away from the chlorine floater and don`t allow to pull off headrests. ・DECOR: No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls and cabinets. ・BI-FOLD DOOR: Please watch the short video in our guidebook before operating the 18` door, and don`t run the A/C with it open. ・SUNSCREEN + WAX: Spray sunscreen and surfboard wax only on the grass. Both damage the deck and furniture. ・COUNTERTOPS: The quartz stains easily. No heavy-pigment items or soaking pans on them, and please wipe up red wine, berry juice, bitters, etc. promptly. ・OFF LIMITS: The locked supply closet and the guesthouse are not part of the rental. Please don`t enter or attempt to access them. ・KIDS: Please supervise babies and children at all times. There are raised decks, a hot tub, and stairs.・HANGING CHAIRS: They`re for gentle swaying, not swinging. Please keep kids from swinging wildly or kicking off the house, since the chairs and the siding both take damage.
