The Neighborhood:
5 min walk to the beach, bars and local restaurants. Neptune Ave is one of the most magnificent areas in all of Encinitas. The street is very quiet and friendly. With close beach access points to the north or south, take the short walk and enjoy the sand. You can’t beat this beach location — walk and bike to all Leucadia and Encinitas have to offer, Some of our favorite places along the historic 101 Highway: Le Papagayo, Regal Seagull, The Pannikin, Solterra, Lofty Coffee, Pandora Pizza, Leucadia Donuts and Fish 101. Encinitas is one of the last true surf towns in Southern California that enjoys a mix of classic surf shops, local taco stands and modern, upscale restaurants. Walk and bike along Neptune Avenue to local beaches such as Grandview, Beacon Beach, Stone Steps and Moonlight State Beach.
