Welcome to Leucadia, a beach town in the heart of Encinitas!

Our home will allow you to comfortably enjoy the luxuries of beachside living- sleep comfortably on memory foam mattresses, enjoy fast WIFI, cool off wA/C, and many other thoughtful touches around the house to make you truly feel at home!

This house is private, includes laundry, a huge grassy back yard, and a hot tub. We are a short walk from the beach, farmer's market, and some of the most delicious restaurants in all of San Diego!
The space
This is a two bedroom, one full bathroom and one half-bathroom home with a sunset patio and an extra large backyard for you and up to 5 guests to enjoy. We welcome pets with an additional pet deposit and pet rent.

The space is tastefully designed to provide you and guests with the luxuries of beachside living. Working from home will be a breeze with our wired gigabit internet (rocket-fast!) and our comfortable indoor or outdoor seating options.

Our property also brings you close proximity to desirable downtown Carlsbad, Legoland, and the Encinitas train station, where you can hop on the train to visit San Diego, Balboa Park, the Zoo, and more!

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property, including laundry located within the garage, a fully- stocked chef’s kitchen, a large private yard, and modern comforts of a beach home.

Parking is available on the driveway. Max of 2 cars per stay.
Other things to note
This is a quiet part of the city in a beautiful little neighborhood surrounded by families. Please keep that in mind when conducting yourself on our property.

The heat!

Climate change is kicking our butts! We just installed a new A/C system to keep you cool on hot days. Please keep the windows and doors closed while using the A/C, and please turn the system off when you leave the house. We charge an additional fee if we find the A/C on after checkout.

Have kids?

Our property is kiddo friendly! We have a pack and play, high chair, baby gate on hand for your stay. Kitchen includes kid friendly plates and dining ware, and we have beach toys, house toys, and yard toys for your little ones to enjoy during your stay.

Pets!

Encinitas is a great place to bring pets!

We welcome pets in our home with an additional pet fee and a max of two pets per stay. We have a weight limit of 50lb for dogs. Pet fees must be paid at time of booking. Host will send a request for additional funds if there is property damage due to pets.

We request that pets stay off beds or any furniture. We provide pet beds, food and water dishes, and a couple pet toys for your pup to enjoy during your stay.

Pets are not permitted to be left onsite (either indoors or outdoors) without owner present. The backyard gate does not lock and your pet can take their own vacation if left unattended in the yard.

Pet waste must be picked up immediately and any pet urine must be hosed off immediately to avoid damage to the grass.

This property has a hot tub! Woohoo!

Rules: Must be 18 or older to use the hot tub (no unaccompanied minors in the tub). The lid must be replaced and locked after each use. Hours of use are 7am until 10pm. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS in the hot tub. Violation of these terms results in a $400 cleaning and refill fee.
