Welcome to your Leucadia retreat, where beautiful design, comfortable living and the relaxed energy of coastal Encinitas come together.



From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the thoughtful details throughout the home. Designer wallpaper, custom finishes, natural textures and carefully selected furnishings give each space its own personality while keeping the home warm, comfortable and inviting.



At the heart of the home is the beautiful chef’s kitchen, featuring premium Miele appliances, quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry and a built-in wine fridge. Start the morning with coffee at home, prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, or open a bottle of wine and make dinner together after a day exploring Encinitas.



The living and dining areas offer comfortable spaces for everyone to spend time together, while three bedrooms provide a relaxing place to retreat at the end of the day. With two full bathrooms and a dedicated home office, the layout also works wonderfully for longer stays or guests who need a quiet place to work while away.



Outside, the private backyard may quickly become your favorite part of the home.



Gather around the handcrafted live-edge dining table for dinner outdoors, fire up the grill, relax in the California sunshine, or wander through the garden to pick fresh herbs and lemons to add to your meal. The Neighborhood:

Leucadia is one of Encinitas’ most distinctive coastal neighborhoods, known for its laid-back surf culture, beautiful beaches and local personality.



Nearby Coast Highway 101 is home to an eclectic collection of local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, galleries and surf shops. Rather than a traditional resort area, Leucadia has a relaxed neighborhood feel that makes it easy to settle into the Southern California lifestyle.



Beach lovers have plenty of options nearby. Beacon’s Beach and Grandview Beach are popular Leucadia spots for enjoying the sand, surf and coastline, while Stonesteps offers another local beach access tucked beneath the coastal bluffs.



Head a little farther south and you’ll reach Moonlight State Beach and Downtown Encinitas, where you can spend the day at the beach before exploring the town’s restaurants, cafés and shops. Continue along the coast to Swami’s Beach, one of Encinitas’ best-known surf spots, and the beautiful Self-Realization Fellowship Meditation Gardens overlooking the Pacific.



Guests can also explore the San Diego Botanic Garden, neighboring Cardiff-by-the-Sea, or head north toward Carlsbad for another easy coastal outing.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for making the most of Leucadia, Encinitas and the surrounding North County coastline.



Beaches, restaurants, cafés and shopping are all nearby, and Downtown Encinitas is just a short drive away. Guests can easily explore neighboring coastal communities including Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Solana Beach, Del Mar and Carlsbad.



Coast Highway 101 connects many of the area’s beach communities and is lined with local dining, shopping and beach access points. Biking is also a fun way to experience Leucadia and the surrounding coastal neighborhoods.



Other Things to Note:

-The home shares one wall with the neighboring property but is a private residence with no shared entrances or guest spaces. The private backyard, hot tub, outdoor dining area and garden are exclusively for your group to enjoy.

-The home is located in a residential Leucadia neighborhood, and we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors and enjoy the outdoor spaces respectfully during their stay.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

-No pets allowed.

-Smoking is prohibited.

-As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
