« Single mother of two young tired children stranded outside the hotel until after midnight with insufficient door access codes. Very scary and traumatic experience. Expedia were a great help in contacting the property to assist me and eventually we got to our room. Our stay otherwise ticked the boxes. I never received the text message with door code and any emails they claim to have sent had gone to junk mail, so beware of this! »

« We loved our brief stay here. The staff was welcoming and friendly; we're sad we didn't get to stay longer and enjoy the property. Denmark was actually experiencing a heat wave while we visited and they upgraded our room automatically into one with better air flow without us asking. For those coming from the U.S., I'll note that they spoke perfect English, so that is not a concern. »
