« Je ne recommande pas de réserver chez eux sont des personnes sans parole nous leur avons dit que nous avons le check-out à 4h30 du matin, ils devaient venir vérifier la chambre mais ils ne se sont jamais présentés,ils ne nous ont même pas remboursé l’acompte que nous avons fait, ils nous ont dit qu’ils font le virement mais jusqu’à aujourd’hui nous n’avons rien reçu »

« This felt like a complete scam. I booked this apartment specifically for the Burj Khalifa view. Just one hour before check-in, they changed both the apartment and the building without informing us. The new unit had no Burj Khalifa view at all. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. What was advertised is not what we received. I would not recommend this property. »

« We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts.
