Bella Blue is an almost oceanfront, 6 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Home located near a Public Beach Access. When you are ready to try some outside activities, put on your bathing suits and take a dip in the Private Oceanview Swimming Pool, enjoy the great Ocean and Sound Views from the various Decks the property has to offer. This property is also equipped with 500mbps speed and wifi internet acces throughout the whole house!

Ground level: has a carport for covered parking and a beautifully landscaped backyard. There is also a 15x30 Private Swimming Pool located in the backyard with lounge chairs, bar height table and chairs, and a double hanging swing.

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a whisper floor fan. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. There is also a gameroom on this floor with a couch and loveseat, large smart TV, foosball table, and deck and pool access. There is a full hall bathroom located on this floor.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 Queen bed with a picture window that shows off the wonderful ocean views. This bedroom also has a smart TV. Bedroom # 4 Queen bed with ceiling fan, this room also has a Shared Full Bathroom. Bedroom #5 Two double beds with picture windows located on the front and back of the room, showing off images of both the ocean and the sound! This room also has a private full bathroom.

Level Three: Bedroom #6 Master Bedroom with queen bed, with picture window, with full ocean view, ceiling fan, newly rennovated master bathroom with marble top sinks. There is a newly renovated Modern Kitchen Upstairs with Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, a second, smaller fridge for drinks, and beautiful ocean views. There is also a living area on this level with new Couch and loveseat as well as a comfortable swivel rocker armchair. A 50 inch Smart TV, new dining room table with eight chairs, and three barstools can also be found on this level.
