You and your family are going to have a wonderful time at this heated* pool home. 2 minute walk (6 houses down) to beach access!

Bonus Ground Floor Apartment: 1+1 with a queen bed and bath/shower combination. With 940 square feet, it has everything: living/dining area, stocked kitchen, full laundry, and even foosball. Smart TV in living room. Perfect space for those with limited mobility or for those wanting some extra space all their own.

Outside: Heated pool surrounded by a great deck area. Lounge chairs, picnic table with umbrella, and a lawn with a several classic games to provide a wide range of outdoor fun in the sun.

We provide everything you need so you can start enjoying your vacation right away:
- All bedroom and bath linens are provided.
- 6 towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and sand toys
- For the littles - high chair, umbrella stroller, and pack'n'play
- Paper products, linens, hand soap, and body wash
- Dish soap, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs
- 6 adult bikes to enjoy the 12 miles of lovely bike paths on the island.

*Please note: The pool will be heated Mar 15 - May 30 and Sept 15 - Nov 15. The heating does not function if temperatures drop below 55 degrees. The pool temperature will be set for 86 degrees, but the temperature can vary depending on weather.

This house was the perfect rental for my extended family. It is close to the beach, has plenty of room, is incredibly well-appointed, and the pool is heated to boot! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a wonderful beach stay without having to pack all the extras. My teens thoroughly enjoyed the fusbal table and bikes while their toddler cousin loved reading in the sun room. There was truly something for everyone!

Beautiful house in a great location! We really enjoyed excellent family time hanging around the pool each afternoon, after the beach or other activities. The beach bikes were a nice bonus! Overall, the house was very comfortable.

This home was spotless and had many amenities. The kitchen was well supplied with plenty of silverware, dishes and pots and pans. Other amenities included many games, DVDs, books, poll and beach equipment. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nice. My granddaughters loved the chair swings in the living room. We would have liked a direct access from the first floor to the upstairs, especially since it rained often during our stay. Due to the weather, we were not able to enjoy the pool or backyard as much as we would have liked. The surrounding areas had several activities to do in the event of rain and the home was close to restaurants and grocery stores, but still felt very private.The hosts were very responsive and provided us with a list of dining and activity options. We would definitely stay in one of their homes again.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time during our stay! There was a total of 14 of us and had plenty of room and space. Very close to the beach and the pool was awesome to have! The owner was also very accommodating and available whenever we had any issues or question! Would stay again!

This house has an incredible location a block from the beach access point in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, it’s own crystal clean swimming pool and it’s stocked with dozens of games, WiFi, bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, & all the kitchen utensils necessary for a fabulous family gathering. Even better, the owner is incredibly responsive to any questions or suggestions. The separate basement apartment provided the necessary respite for grandparents to escape from grandkids . This is the perfect Emerald Isle place for a large family to enjoy a entertaining vacation!

Perfect for a family beach getaway

The house is all updated and was perfect for our family! The downstairs apartment suited the "older folks" while the young adults had their run of the rest of the house. The house was in a great location just a short walk to the public access to the beach. It was stocked with all you need to spend a day at the beach from chairs and umbrellas to the beach cart to carry it there.Emerald Isle is a very family oriented beach ( think quiet and uncrowded). This home is surrounded by tress so is in a quiet location as well. Pool is a good size and kept clean. Nice spot to end the day. The recommendations we were sent for food and desserts were spot on. Communications with the host regarding check in and out process were timely. Couldn't ask for a better experience.We will be back for sure!

What a Great Place!

This is a perfect property for several families. WE hardly went out to eat because we had everything we needed onsite to cook delicious meals. The management and communication with the owner was wonderful and they were helpful and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. The property is a short walk from the beach, and the amenities are better than any other beach rental I've stayed at previously. When one of the bikes tires was flat, they fixed it within hours. The pool is amazing - there are trees surrounding it that provide privacy and it's just a fantastic hang-out area. We had the absolute best weather, and best time. Highly recommend this beautiful property and Emerald Isle.

Awesome vacation

My husband and I visited Emerald Isle with our two boys and my parents. It was an incredible vacation, in large part, because of the property. All 6 of us used the bikes that were provided. We visited the beach and made good use of the beach equipment provided. The house was clean and well decorated with a beachy theme. We used the cornhole about 1000 times, did puzzles, cooked, and watched movies. Lots to do on Emerald Isle as well. Importantly, like noted in other reviews, Jennifer was EXTREMELY responsive to my questions. That’s nice when you’re not in your own space. We were VERY pleased with the property and the hosts. Highly recommend!

Multi family Vacation

We stayed here for our Spring break trip. We had 3 families in total. 6 adults and 7 children ages ranging from 14 to 2. The house had everything we needed plus more!!! The pool was nice and warm even tho it was still a little chilly outside. There was everything we needed for our smallest traveler as well! A stroller a pack n play and all the bedding as well! They had beach toys galore along with chairs and umbrellas! The neighborhood was beautiful and all the neighbors were extremely friendly! Everyone smiled, waved and even said hello! The distance to the water was close enough that our 2yo could walk! It was a perfect stay!

We had a great stay at this property. 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 5-12. Easy walk to the beach. Bikes in the garage were enjoyed. Game room was fun. Plenty of space to do you own thing. We will stay again. Loved it.
