« The property was perfect for our long weekend on the beach. The house had ample space for our family of 7, was clean and - importantly - just steps from the beach! The owner, Amy, was very responsive to any needs or questions. It was a quick drive to restaurants shops, mini golf etc. We had a blast and would highly consider returning! »

« The house was splendid for our family. We had five adults, a 12 year old, and a 7 year old. We had plenty of room, the mutual space was great. Two full bathrooms, nice kitchen, comfy living room. I would have liked more towels, toilet paper, etc. We only got one towel per person, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay it would have been helpful to have more. « If you are out to enjoy a good neighborhood and outdoor activities,- it is a perfect spot to be! House interior and study of supplies were very lovely. Unfortunately, we vacationed at the property at the hurricane time and mostly stayed inside. Strong smell of the mold was unevitable. »

« I enjoyed my stay at this darling beach home. It’s so quaint and has every you need. Decor was done so nicely! Beach supplies available and fire pit in the yard looked great but rainy days made it difficult for me to use. Walk to beach in less than 5 min. Great area to bike and take long walks. « We had some maintenance issues pop up with the house this time but the property managers were extremely responsive and prompt in fixing them. The house is lovely and well-stocked with everything needed for a week away. I loved it that management gave us extra towels when we needed them. The golf cart is fun and makes getting to the beach a breeze. Our family enjoyed the board games. One request: please get a pool heater :) »

« Have vacationed in the outer banks and Carolinas for 30+ years. Overall the home is in an excellent location with a nice size private pool. But I can say I would not rent again. The cleanliness of the home was not up to standards we cleaned our own bathrooms upon arrival.
