« Firstly this property appeared on a search for accommodation in 'Dullstroom'. The property description on the website had ZERO indication that it was a 45 minute really treacherous car busting 'gravel' road to reach it. To be fair this was communicated in a whatsapp AFTER the booking was made, however NO description of how bad the road was - just a 'gravel' road. Had this been the case we would not have booked here. « 2 weeks prior to our arrival, we sent a message, and have still not had a reply. At arrival, the host did not know we were coming and had no info about our booking. Luckily she did a good job on preparing our house quickly. Kitchen supply was very old, frying pan useless and no toaster. »

"Nous n’avons sĂ©journĂ© qu’une nuit, et c’était notre premiĂšre nuit en Afrique du Sud. Tout Ă©tait parfait : la localisation, l’accĂšs au parking, et la sĂ©curitĂ© des lieux. Nous avons Ă©galement reçu des instructions trĂšs claires pour notre arrivĂ©e. Nous Ă©tions 4, dont 2 enfants, et le logement est idĂ©al pour les familles souhaitant dĂ©couvrir Dullstroom. Sonja est extrĂȘmement bienveillante : notre fille avait oubliĂ© son doudou et elle a eu la gentillesse de nous l’envoyer par coursier afin qu’elle puisse le rĂ©cupĂ©rer. C’est une attention vraiment touchante qui nous a beaucoup marquĂ©s. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermĂ©s !"
