« My partner, my dog and I were in Guelph to visit my parents. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. Walking along the river every morning was a big perk with the dog. We met the downstairs neighbor who was absolutely lovely. A wonderful experience all around! »

« I had no issues with my stay other than a missing garage door opener. Place is new and very clean. Bedding could use some upgrades for the price. »

« This place is filthy and in desperate need of a deep cleaning & face lift. The home is in a state of disrepair, and unfit for rental. Shockingly, the owner feels the home is suitable to rent. The photos posted are professional & edited, giving a more clean & welcoming appearance. In reality the space is dark, tired, damaged & dirty.Some of the items (see pics):- The kitchen and bathroom ceilings are literally falling in from water damage (not shown in their pictures).- Light fixtures are dirty,...

« All we 8 needed to locate where we wanted, prepare breakfasts and dinners while dining out for lunch. Hot tub perfect! Lots of lounging around space and generous bedrooms. A third bathroom would perfect the perfection but no complaints. »
