The property features two well equipped kitchens, spacious living areas, four toilets, two of which include showers, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The shared outdoor terrace with a barbecue is a natural gathering place for long summer evenings. Just below the house, you will find a small sandy beach and rocky shoreline shared with only a few neighbours. From the living room and dining area, you can enjoy beautiful sea views while the ocean is always just a few steps away. Pets are also welcome, so your four legged family member can join you on holiday.



Things to do in Ellös and the surrounding area:

Here you stay with the sea right outside your door and within walking distance of many of Ellös' local amenities. Just a few minutes away you will find a bakery, fish shop, café, kiosk, pizzeria and the popular Andy's Thai food truck. Hemköp supermarket is located approximately 1 kilometre from the accommodation, making grocery shopping easy during your stay. In addition to the small beach below the house, Ellös' public beach is only about 550 metres away. Here you will find a diving tower, playground and excellent swimming opportunities for both children and adults. Golf enthusiasts are only a few kilometres from Orust Golf Club, while the island also offers charming coastal villages, scenic hiking trails and spectacular rocky bathing spots that have made Bohuslän famous far beyond Sweden's borders.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A security deposit of SEK 4,500 will be pre authorised on your payment card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check out, provided the property has been left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels are optional and can be rented for SEK 190 per person and SEK 60 per person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. Cleaning equipment is provided.

• Electricity is included in the rental price. Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are welcome.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not permitted.
