The Space:

Relax in our well-appointed villa, designed for comfort and convenience. The interior features a spacious living room and a functional kitchen complete with a refrigerator, freezer, and baking sheets. The sleeping arrangements consist of two private bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a single bed, suitable for families. Guests can enjoy the scenic mountain and river views from the patio or balcony. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and access to community pools, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year. Please note that you must collect your villa key card from the Welcome Center or Property Access before heading to your accommodation.



Guest Access:

You will have a private entrance and one reserved parking space during your stay. The villa is yours to enjoy, offering two private bedrooms, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for home cooking. The living room serves as a comfortable shared space for relaxing. Guests also have access to the property outdoor and indoor pools, making this the perfect retreat for families looking to enjoy the mountain and river surroundings.



The Neighborhood:

Discover your own private sanctuary in this villa, located deep within a 5500 acre gated mountain community. This neighborhood is perfect for guests seeking a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle, where nature is right at your doorstep. Despite its quiet and rural charm, you are never too far from fun, as the community recreation center and the scenic riverside pool are conveniently located just a 15 minute drive from your front door. It is the ultimate destination for a quiet mountain escape.



Getting Around:

We recommend driving slowly and carefully along our scenic, winding mountain roads as you make your way to the villa. Guests enjoy the convenience of free parking on the premises throughout their stay. Because our location is rural, public transportation is not accessible, and a private vehicle is necessary to reach the property and navigate the area. The villa is approximately ninety minutes away from the major transit hub at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

Welcome to your mountain retreat. For your convenience, the villa is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer, so please remember to pack your preferred laundry detergent. We provide a complimentary starter supply of coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels to assist with your arrival. Should you need to restock, Walmart and Dollar General are located a short drive away. Please observe our check in time of 16:00 and check out time of 10:00. Kindly note that smoking is prohibited to maintain the comfort of all our guests.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is required at our Welcome Center. If you arrive before 5 PM, our Welcome Center staff will assist you; after 5 PM, please check in with Property Access staff. Please do not go directly to your villa, as you’ll need to pick up your key card first.
