The Riverside Grande Lodge is a large, lovely cabin offering a wonderful feeling of seclusion and privacy along scenic Mountaintown Creek. Sitting just off the river's edge, Guests feel like they are floating in the river with a huge level grass area! With spaces to escape throughout the cabin, each Guest will feel like they are on their own holiday. Enjoy geese, deer, river otters, Blue Heron. Cool off with a swim or a tube in the river from the beautiful sand beach. Enjoy!

Enjoy all this from a five-star cabin that includes details such as professional hair care products, luxurious bedding and towels, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a game room with 3/4 Ping Pong and Foosball, a movie room with a 65" Smart TV, Sound Bar, DVD/Blu-ray player, three fireplaces(one firepit) to choose from, a wide assortment of board games, poker set, cards, a luxury Bull Frog Hot Tub with lounge seat, 3 king masters including 2 with balconies overlooking the river. You simply will not find a nicer cabin in a more idyllic setting.

Note the game room on the top level includes a twin size daybed with a trundle underneath serving as a 6th bedroom.

PETS- While we do allow a pet, we only allow one dog that is 50 pounds or less and at least 2 years old. We require a Vet Health Certificate confirming the dog's age, weight, and that its vaccinations are current along with a photo of the dog. Note that there is a pet fee of $35/night with a $70 minimum charge per stay.

You will enjoy access to the entire home and nearly 1,000 feet of private riverfront as we own two additional lots and three adjacent homes. This includes a large grass area with a horseshoe court!

Note that our base rate is for 6 people and that the rate increases $15 per night per each additional Guest up to 12 total Guests or an additional $90 per night for a full house. This allows us to offer a more reasonable rate for smaller parties.

We offer Fiber Internet allowing speeds that will keep all guests connected and happy!

Please note that while access to the cabin is generally easy(we drive a Hyundai Sonota Hybrid), the last ~1/3 of a mile is on a community maintained gravel road. Parking is off-street and there are just a few stairs to enter the cabin.

We will be available to help at any time during your stay. We have lived in the area for years and are happy to help in any way we can. From restaurants to activities, our Welcome Book which will be provided covers many details of the area.

Coosawattee River Resort is a gated community that consists of over 5,500 acres. Amenities offered within the community include parks, tennis courts, a rec center with an indoor pool, and more. Note that all these amenities are now included with our $60 Resort Fee for up to 8 adults and unlimited kids! Two Guest Cards are provided at the cabin with each card admitting up to 4 adults to any of the facilities. Any kids must always be accompanied by adults. Please note that Guests are responsible for making certain the cards are returned to the cabin at the end of their stay. Any lost or missing cards will result in a $25 replacement fee.
