« Property was very central to everything we needed to attend for the weekend, continental breakfast was both hot well prepared and very fresh, property had plenty of parking and was locked up at night with each guest given a room key and main building key.

« a roach was walking on the nightstand, another walking up the bathroom wall. shower curtain rod was damaged & hanging badly, toilet was cracked & had sort-of been patched but was leaking on the floor. coffeemaker had previously used grounds still in it. several men pacing around outside in the dark. the remodel was nice but not enough & didn't feel safe. »

« The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room. »
