« We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect little spot! Clean, easy access to the beach, and was very easy to communicate with Todd! Would highly recommend to couples and small families! Thanks Todd! »

« Nice place - very clean. On the beach. This was my second stay here. Very happy! »

« Very cozy and comfortable.Would stay again »

« This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location to the beach and numerous restaurants all within walking distance. Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We have stayed here several times and Todd is an excellent host. Will be coming back again! »

« There for a wedding so didn't get to enjoy beach or pool, only able to view. Would definitely book again and when we can enjoy everything. »

« Loved the pool access! »

« Beautiful property clean and Florida resident discount was given. Will definitely be back. »

« Great couples weekend away. »

« Propre et mieux que les photos vues sur le site. Vraiment très proche de l'océan. Le propriétaire s'est montré très vite formaliste et agressif lorsque nous avons demandé pourquoi le logement avait été débité deux fois, même s'il n'y pouvait rien. Nous souhaitions seulement obtenir de l'aide. Il a d'abord refusé de traduire notre mail via Google et a rapidement utilisé des propos peu réconfortants. Peut-être qu'il est convenable uniquement si les questions posées sont flatteuses. »

« Easy in and out. Would have liked clearer direction to the beach access. »

« Perfect location right on the beach, sparkling clean pool, condo had everything we could possibly need & forgot to bring »

« This has to be the best place to stay. The room was gorgeous, even had a washer and dryer so you go home with clean clothes, the bed was amazing. It was the best place we have ever stayed at. Clean and everything you need was there. It was like moving your own home to beautiful Saint Augustine FL. The host was always quick to reply to any questions and very sweet. We would highly recommend this rental to everyone. If I had to ask for any changes it probably be that there was 2 keys & fobs for...

« The condo was exactly as described. Enjoyed our time there very much. »

« The condo was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Since it was located in a gated community, it was also very secure. The hostess and host were very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions that we had.We will definitely consider stating here again the next time we are in the area. »

« This was our second year in a row to stay here and we would return again! The condo is immaculate, contains everything you might need for a great beach experience, and is located in a great spot. With an oceanfront view, on-site pool, and yummy restaurants on either side and across the street you could spend the entire week here without the need to get in your car. Highly recommend! »

« It was very clean and i felt very safe »
