« We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked. »

« We love our weekend stay in the dollhouse for a wedding event. It was clean, cozy and we were able to bring our Maltese.The owner helped us with a few restaurants and left us a welcome bottle of wine.We highly recommend this VRBO in the quaint little town of Elkin, NC. »

« Had a great time! My only concern was checking in and our code was incorrect. There was a nice man there that took care of us, but I wasn't sure at the beginning if he really worked there. I wonder if name tags for employees would be a good thing. That said, the entire staff was very professional and courteous. »
