« The property was clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. Great, huge TV. The host was very responsive. It is an excellent location. If I had to give any suggestions, the "common area" could be a bit more comfortable. It is fine if you just have two adults but not the best for four people to sit for any extended period of time. Men do not like sitting in the small barrel/club chairs. »

The host let us know of road closure timings & had us check in early which was convenient for us. The lodging was in a perfect location for not only the lighting but to enjoy shops & bars without having to get back in our car. The space was clean & bed was very comfortable! « This place was perfect for a few days stay. It was close to so many distilleries and the town is very quaint. This little studio was very clean and we felt safe as well. We have e-bikes and we chained them to the pole outside and were not concerned about them a bit. I definitely recommend the Bourbon Oak Hideaway! »

In short, I simply could not stay in, what I would say, is a dangerous, unhealthy rental. Do yourself a favor…stay out! I called VRBO and pulled the plug. »
