« We had a fantastic stay! We were visiting my son, his wife and brand new grandson. We had family coming and going and the house worked well for us. Cozy living room to enjoy chats, watch television and watch the storm outside. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room so that we could spread out and not feel cramped. Air conditioner worked fabulously! We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and had what we needed. I would definitely return and rent this house again. »

« When we first arrived, we sat on the balcony, put our feet up, cocktail in hand, listened to the beautiful sounds of nature, and felt the warm sun on our faces. We bopped around to events and were not at the property much during our one-night stay but had time to get a game of chess in. The teen & tween enjoyed the snacks! It was very cute, comfortable and cozy! Host was very communicative & welcoming. Would stay again! »

« The “Cozy one bedroom townhome” at Fond du Lac was not as it appeared on the listing. It was tiny. The bathroom was dirty, with a variety of black hair on the floor, indicating it had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. The bed was placed so that the air conditioner had to blast all night on one person’s head. We had to strip our own bed and there were stains on the mattress pad, further contributing to the impression of uncleanliness. When I complained to the owner, he did not even...

« The pictures are extremely misleading. The place is very dingy. There’s a bedroom downstairs that’s mostly fine, but the sleeping arrangements for the other eight upstairs are a very tight attic without separate rooms. There’s one bathroom and the water pressure is subpar. The outside of the building is pretty rundown. Everything worked. And communication was good. Great parking behind the unit. The AC worked fine. »

« Property was great! Perfect for a fishing trip or maybe just boating. The host was very responsive and helpful the whole way. Plenty of room for a boat to back in and boat launch about a mile away. We were able to park boat in water behind house while we were there, which was very helpful. The backyard was cozy and peaceful with gas grill and a nice fire pit with plenty of seating. The property had kayaks,life vest, and even some poles and tackle for us to use. Couldn't have asked for more....
