Locations de vacances privées à El Sobrante

« Logement conforme à nos attentes et propriétaire réactif! »

« Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were...

« Very smooth and clean place. »

« Very nice place to stay ! »

« The property is fun. So much character and David the host is the absolute best! »

« A house that's been chopped up into many bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms so you can fit several families. Very convenient to the Solano retail core and a short drive to the BART. The backyard could use some TLC to turn it into a place one would want up hang out in. »

« Couldn't have asked for more lovely place to stay, or a smoother process. No notes. Would stay again. »

« Superbes équipements dans un très bel endroit. Vue époustouflante ! »

« This was a great place to stay for a group! We did a friends trip and spent some time at Six Flags and some time in San Francisco with this home as our base. It’s right around the corner from the theme park, but the neighborhood felt safe and secure. It’s about an hour from the city and was easy to go back and forth. The rooms were great - private, clean, and well taken care of. We’d definitely stay here again! »

« Dustin does a great job hosting guests with his wonderful Berkeley hills house. We really enjoyed the views, privacy & slept well. He has a lot of coffee making alternatives also! »

« Ideal location, owner very convenient, caring and helpful. Close to public transportation. Bargain market 2 blocks away. Very quiet and safe area. Had everything we needed with kids. Cleanliness ok but not what I am used to and would have expected a bit more given the price range. Overall was very satisfied. »

« This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is. »

« This house was a great value and close to discovery kingdom. Host was responsive and friendly. »

« Couch was dusty and made everyones allergies act up but everything else seemed clean. Had everything you would need for a weekend stay »

« Overall, we had a very comfortable stay! The house is incredibly spacious and located in a perfect spot close to great restaurants and walking paths. My only minor suggestions for improvement would be adding a better setup for trash and upgrading the TV. Would definitely stay again. »

« We enjoyed our stay and the home was very nice. The only complaint would be the jets on the bathtub didn't work. »
