Other important information



Check-in / Check-out



Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. For check-in, we'll give you access to a digital key via your smartphone which you can use to access the apartment. You will find a set of physical keys inside the apartment.



Online check-in before arrival



All guests over the age of 18 must submit their ID to comply with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law). We will send you a message before arrival with clear instructions on how to complete the online check-in.



Towels, linen and professional cleaning



The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard.



We provide all bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 beach towel per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom.



To request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please send us a message.



Mid-stay cleaning



Mid-stay cleaning is available at €15 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you.



Parking



Private garage parking is available for free in the same building with easy elevator access to the apartment.



Remote working



If you plan to work remotely during your stay, we offer a 22-inch monitor with an HDMI cable for rent at €30. Please send us a message to request this, and we'll arrange it for you.



Families



We warmly welcome families traveling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably.



Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, available for €30 per reservation.
