As soon as you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by the warm island charm vaulted ceilings, elegant tile floors, and a spacious open layout that flows effortlessly. The single-story design ensures ease and comfort for all.

• The full kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, two full fridges, a large island for meal prep, and everything you need to cook up delicious meals.
• The dining room is perfect for shared meals, and the living room with cable TV offers a cozy space to unwind after a day of beach activities.
• The outdoor terrace is the star of the home, with comfortable seating to enjoy meals or drinks with friends. You’ll also find hammocks, perfect for relaxing with a good book or watching the kids play in the pool. The terrace is equipped with a pool table, mini bar, BBQ area, and direct access to the two private swimming pools—one designed especially for children.
