Villa Victoria is a spectacular four-bedroom villa situated in a peaceful area of El Puerto de Santa María, designed to enjoy unforgettable holidays with family or friends. With capacity for up to 8 guests, it stands out for its spacious areas, its luminosity and an impressive outdoor area that invites rest and outdoor leisure. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room, perfectly equipped so you don't lack anything during your stay. The accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a unique experience.



The true charm of Villa Victoria lies in its extraordinary outdoor area. You will be able to relax in its enormous private garden, enjoy the magnificent swimming pool exclusive to guests and share unforgettable moments on its spacious covered porch. Furthermore, the villa boasts a complete outdoor space equipped with a kitchen, outdoor dining area, garden furniture, outdoor bathroom and a fantastic barbecue, making it the perfect place for long meals, dinners under the stars and gatherings at any time of year. The property also has private parking with capacity for three vehicles within the plot.



The established schedule for delivering keys to guests is from 15:00 to 20:00. If you need to check in to the accommodation after 20:00, until 23:00, a supplement of €30 in cash will be charged upon your arrival, corresponding to the Late Check-In service.



To ensure coexistence and compliance with accommodation rules, reservations are not accepted for guests under 25 years of age. We place special emphasis on complying with these rules: entry to the apartment by persons not included in the reservation will not be tolerated, no parties of any kind, loud music or causing disturbance to neighbours.
