Nearby, you’ll find the historic Castillo de San Marcos and the lively Plaza de España, perfect for strolling. The area is also close to Puerto Sherry Marina, offering scenic views of yachts and the bay. Cafés, tapas bars, and local shops line the surrounding streets, giving the neighbourhood a vibrant atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest train station, Estación de El Puerto de Santa María (serving the C‑1 line of Cercanías Cádiz), is about a ~10‑minute walk from the address and connects to Cádiz, Jerez de la Frontera and Jerez Airport.
