« The check in instructions were not complete. Thankfully, the staff was kind and helpful and did everything they could do so we have the keys to open the apartment. I messaged the host and I received an email saying he replied but the response did not appear. It said that I have not received messages yet. The sheets and comforter stinked and we definitely think they have not been washed in a while. Now, the building is nice and staff is outstanding. We just complain about this particular unit...
