Don Miguel La Palma - Private paradise for 9-12 persons

The villa and the plot offer a unique panoramic view of the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. The tropical garden with the pool area, the jacuzzi and the large sauna is a wellness oasis that offers luxury and comfort to families and friends up to 12 people. The spacious rooms are stylishly furnished with original art. Wi-Fi everywhere, fully equipped kitchen, Weber gas grill, Bose sound box, fully automatic coffee machine, piano, fireplace, table tennis, table football, charging station for e-car, etc.

The property has five double bedrooms and 1 double bed in the living-bedroom as well as four bathrooms and a guest toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people.

8 people can be accommodated in the villa, max. 4 more people in the house located on the neighboring property, our Casa Miguelita. The Casa has a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a living/sleeping room with double bed (160 x 200 cm). In addition, it has a large conservatory, a kitchenette, a shower room and a private terrace.

All beds have been equipped with high-quality plate slatted frames and orthopaedic cold foam mattresses in 2 different degrees of firmness. The beds on the upper floor are 160 x 220 cm and 180 x 220 cm respectively. The beds in the basement have a size of 180 x 200 cm or 180 x 220 cm.

The round kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, stove, food processor, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster etc.) and there is plenty of crockery and cutlery for all guests. In the storage room adjacent to the kitchen, there is a large fridge/freezer in addition to the SMEG fridge in the kitchen. In addition to the spacious round living room with fireplace, there is a separate TV and piano room with a comfortable couch corner.

All bathrooms in the villa were completely renovated in 2017 with natural stone slabs and modern sanitary elements. The villa has underfloor heating on the upper floor. The bedrooms are all air-conditioned.

On the main terrace there is a table for 8-10 people as well as other comfortable seating. A gas grill is available for joint barbecues. At the pool there are also high-quality stainless steel loungers for up to 10 people. In addition, there are various smaller terraces with seating available. In the garden there are numerous fruit trees (khaki, apple, orange, cherrymoya, pomegranate, hazelnut, grapefruit, lemon, nispero, etc.), which can of course also be eaten by the guests depending on the season.

Pool towels are provided. The pool has solar heating. Since the pool does not have a cover, a pleasant bathing temperature cannot be guaranteed in winter.

Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. For a stay of at least 14 days, an intermediate cleaning will be carried out after 1 week on request.
For entertainment, there is a large flatscreen smart TV with internet access (Amazon Prime as well as Netflix possible etc.) as well as a Bluetooth music system (Bose). Wi-Fi with 20-25 Mbits is also available. A piano is also part of the equipment of Villa Don Miguel. There is also a DVD player and a selection of movies, as well as a music system and CDs.

The rental price includes all services such as towels, bed linen, air conditioning, sauna, etc. as well as a contact person near the house. For a minimum stay of 14 days, a linen change is included in the price after one week. In addition, we charge a security deposit of 800 EUR (Please note that guests are also responsible for damages beyond the amount of the security deposit). The pool is solar heated. A pleasant bathing temperature cannot be guaranteed, especially in the winter months.

2 children up to 2 years old can be accommodated in extra beds/cots free of charge.
Heating and air conditioning as well as the use of the sauna are included.

There are numerous walls and stairs on the site that are not secured by railings. Smaller children therefore require supervision.
