Built in 1915, this quaint historic El Paso home surprises you with its modern updates and decor. The location could not be more convenient as it is one block from BCycle Bike Share rental, and 4 blocks from UTEP. Take a 10 minute stroll to Southwestern University Park to catch a baseball game or a 5 minute drive to all downtown El Paso has to offer including great food, art, parks, and nightlife. Only 1 parking pass available. Laundry room is shared.

The entire unit is private and yours for the duration of your stay. The laundry facility is shared with the other unit of the duplex. Contact me anytime for any questions you may have via text or phone call. I can usually make myself available for any issues.

Downtown El Paso is a great stop for food, drinks, and shopping and it's a 5 minute UBER ride. Try Anson 11 for a great cocktail or Dead Beach Brewery if craft beer is more your thing. Cafe Central is the place to go for an upscale meal or if you need some authentic Mexican food, Los Colorines is your next stop. Need a coffee joint in the morning - try out the Coffee Box which is found inside some old train cars! And when you're full, you can always catch a show at the Plaza Theatre!

Parking is limited to one vehicle with use of a visitor pass that will be left for you on the dresser below the tv in the bedroom. Please return the visitor pass before you checkout. There will be a $50 if the parking pass is not returned. You will have access to all of Unit 2 as well as the common space in the back of the house for the use of the laundry room. Please feel free to use the front porch sitting area or the back yard.

When you walk in, you'll be greeted in the foyer with a welcome kit that includes all of your necessities (restaurants, tourist locations, parking pass, important numbers, etc.). Unit 2 will be straight ahead and your home for the duration of your stay. Enter your large room that has a king-size bed and a 55" smart TV equipped with Netflix. Then walk into the open living room and kitchen where an additional single bed can be found. Need another bed? Find a roll away single bed in the bedroom closet. Just around the corner, you will find the modernly updated bathroom with a walk-in shower and linen closet packed with all of your essentials.

The back door of your unit then leads to the common area which has your full-sized front loading washer and dryer. The other common areas include a large front porch with a table and two chairs (smokers allowed outside only) and the quaint back yard which is great to catch the famous Texas sunsets.

Sun City Metro has a stop directly outside this home which can't make it much easier. Just one block north at Mundy Park you'll find the bike share rentals "BCycle". Just swipe your card and take a bike - it's only about ten minutes to downtown. UTEP is four blocks away from the house and Circle K is just one block west if you need those last minute items. Uber and Lyft are always a quick option to and from the house and all the essentials are pretty close. Or once you get downtown, you can try the newly renovated El Paso Retro Streetcars which is a great, free (on the weekends) way to see and travel downtown!

If booking on a platform other than Airbnb, before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Turnkey STRs Security Deposit Waiver for Guests

Once you purchase a Turnkey STR Security Deposit Waiver, then the following terms and conditions are now part of your vacation rental property lease agreement.

I. AGREEMENT

A. On behalf of Turnkey STRs, LLC, they have assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives your security deposit up to $500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.

B. Turnkey STRs is hereby responsible for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts. Turnkey STRs will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter to include all rules and policies agreed to by you as the Guest.

C. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.

II.EXCLUSIONS

A. This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or loss resulting from:
‱ Acts of God
‱ Theft
‱ Pet caused damages (including cleaning)
‱ Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
‱ Loss of use of the vacation rental property
‱ Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
‱ Damage to a motorized vehicle
‱ Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
‱ This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
‱ This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
B. Should damages occur due to Your actions and are not covered by this waiver, You are financially responsible for those damages.

III. CONDITIONS

A. Turnkey STRs has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.

B. Turnkey STRs reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.

C. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.

D. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.

E. This waiver is null and void should damages be caused by Your actions stemming from violations of the rules and policies agreed upon prior to occupying the home and you will be required to make the Owner financially whole by reimbursing the total cost of loss (i.e., extra cleaning due to an unauthorized party, theft, unreported damages, etc.)

F. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

IV. DEFINITIONS

You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.
