« Our host was very helpful with any questions during the entire process. We had 11 adults and 4 children under 5. We had plenty of room and the house was in great condition. Close to I-25 for easy access to the Springs. Would definitely recommend this property. »

« Worked out perfectly for our little reunion we had. The house was in great condition and was cleaned well prior to us coming. No green pool, no dust bunnies, sheets on all of the beds, and plenty of towels too. Given some of the bad reviews in the past I was actually pleasantly surprised that none of those things were an issue, and they deserve 5 stars for that, for sure. The owner is a tad overly strict with her rules but we still had a great time and only felt like we were walking on eggshells...
