  • Grand penthouse très lumineux équipé de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, salon avec terrasse avec auvents, cuisine entièrement équipée. L'hab. principal avec un lit de 1,50 m., le secondaire avec un lit gigogne qui est déployé dans deux lits de 0,90 m. Possibilité de lit de voyage. Garage à la ferme. Il est situé à deux pas de la plage de Muchavista et de la promenade dans le meilleur et le plus beau quartier situé entre El Campello et Playa San Juan.
    L'appartement est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour fantastique: barbecue, chaîne hi-fi, Smart TV, lecteur DVD et Wifi.

    Il se compose d'une terrasse au niveau de la maison qui donne sur le salon et d'un autre très grand type de solarium ci-dessus. Tous deux avec vue sur la mer pour passer des moments inoubliables en famille ou entre amis. Il dispose également d'un grand espace de stationnement à l'intérieur du garage communautaire. L'urbanisation à côté de la plage n'étant pas nécessaire, la voiture permet d'atteindre tout ce qui est nécessaire: supermarchés, presse, pharmacie, bars à cocktails et restaurants. Très bien desservi par bus et tramway avec Alicante (centre), Benidorm et Altea. Vous pouvez aller en AVE à Alicante et de là en tram jusqu'à l'arrêt situé à côté de l'appartement.
    Un excellent endroit pour se reposer et profiter dans une urbanisation exclusive et tranquille. URB LES AZAHARES.

Absolutely amazing break away in this fabulous penthouse apartment. We arrived very late at night the hosts agents met us showed us around and was a great start to the break. Apartment has lovely spacious and comfortable furniture both inside and outside. Loads of room loved the BBQ on the roof terrace, sea views from the downstairs balcony as well as from the roof terrace.Lovely furnishings handy having 2 full bathrooms, as well as a kitchen that had everything you need to enjoy and easy to cook in. We will 100% return to stay here. Local restaurants within walking distance as well as a great supermarket! What more can you say apart from Consuelo was on hand for any advice or help when needed. Super easy check outIf you’re in this area and looking for a fabulous place then book this one !!

We just spent 9 days here, and it was perfect for what we wanted. Nicel apartment with good wifi etc. We didnt put the TV on so cant really comment about that. We've been in the area before but it was a long time ago, and its been improved a lot. Not really on the tourist map as such, and its quite Spanish residential, which is what we wanted. The apartment is very close to the beach, and the Consum supermarket is not even 5 mins walk away. There are a few bars and restaurants around, and also a walk along the beach area leads to more. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was nice to have a balcony to sit on with morning coffee and also a nice roof terrace to sunbathe or eat on later in the day. We had a couple of BBQs up there and there's plenty of space. The complex has a pool which we used a couple of times and had it to ourselves. All in all, we had a nice relaxing holiday and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Lovely apartment

The property is excellent and as described : the large roof space is a bonus and well fitted out. The location is perfect : very near the beach and with bars and restaurants within walking distance. The nearest Tram stop is five minutes walk away for trips to Alicante or to places in the direction of Benidorm.

Great location, clean & very good facilities

Apartment was in excellent location very close 5 min walk to large supermarket and excellent fishmonger. The space is compact and clean, kitchen well stocked with plenty of nice wine glasses, cutlery/plates/glasses. Comfy beds. There is a great pizza restaurant one block away (Infragranti Pizza) and a Spanish one (Hexagon). Consuelo very quick to reply to any queries. Great roof terrace.

In a quiet area, an apartment with amenities and beach, shops, home made food available nearby, connections by tram and bus between Alicante and Benidorm. The router's connection needs an update because the Wifi is sometimes really slow. Timo P.

Penthouse Alicante

We enjoyed a lovely week in Alicante this apartment. The apartment had all that we required for our stay, clean, very comfortable double bed and a great roof terrace that we spent a lot of time enjoying the views and the cloudless skies. We didn’t use the pool or garden but they looked clean and well maintained. Supermarket and restaurants within easy walk and fantastic beach literally 2mins walking at most. The correspondence with Consuelo the owner was always answered quickly and instructions were clear. Would definitely return one day👍

It was a lovely apartment and especially loved the spacious roof terrace. The air con was very much needed and was excellent. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The apartment was in a nice area. Predominately Spanish but plenty of bars and restaurants within a very short walk. A couple of supermarkets again within a short walk. Good transport links with regular bus and trams to allow you to explore further. The large clean beach is literally a stones throw with optional sunbeds to rent. Large wide promenades to walk with plenty of bach bars. All in all we had an excellent holiday and would definitely book again if we come to this area. Consuelo the manager replied quickly to any messages sent and also checked in with us during our stay. Would recommend booking this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay - just across the road from the beach with long promenade - good supermarket within 5 minute walk - large roof terrace - small kitchen with all you need (oven - allow extra cooking time - not fan assisted) - good air con - hurried welcome not by owner maybe as flight delayed so arrived at lunchtime - building work next door - noisy on terrace and crane over us - blinds on balcony next to main bedroom noisy when windy so missed night sleep but WhatsApp instructions given to resolve - would be helpful to have information folder with local info/ emergency contact numbers - restaurants tend to close at 5.30pm so recommend main meal at lunchtime Overall - amazing area with loads of lovely long walks, tram into Alicante, beautiful sandy and safe beach -

Perfect Stay

Our family stayed 11 nights in August 2024. The apartment is only 6mins from Carribiners Tram stop and 10mins from Costa Blanco and a 5min walk to a big Consum supermarket. It’s a 2min walk to a sandy beach which is huge with beach volleyball and football courts everywhere. 1 block away is Infraganti pizza which is one of the 50 best pizza restaurants outside of Italy is 1 block away and they have a gelato shop on next block if you have any space left after pizza. The development is small, with only about 12 apartments which meant we were quite often the only people in the nice size pooled which also had a toddlers pool attached. Due to the small size of the development there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. There apartment feels quite roomy for a 2bed as there is a terrace reached by stairs with tables, chairs, sunloungers and BBQ which is great early evening when the sun has started to set. I had to work a few half days and the wifi never let me down at any time we were there. Communication with Consuelo was always answered very quickly and Consuelo also messaged us a few times to check all ok. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Un séjour parfait

La propriété est très bien située, á deux pas du meilleur secteur de la belle plage de Muchavista. Restaurants sympas sont très proches et l'arrêt de tram pour aller à Alicante est à 3 minutes. L'appartement est très confortable est tout y est. Terrasse sur le toit spectaculaire. Nous y avons passé une belle semaine.....

Excellent location and host- Consuelo. This appartment located approx. 200 feet from the best beach in Alicante. There is a tram, but I would recommend taking a bus to the center of Alicante. You can see that bus stop from the balcony. This apartment has everything for your stay- kitchen is very well equiped, but do not forget about nearby restaraunts. There are plain excellent. Consuelo provided cards from the best restaraunts. You will find them on the board. If you like you can have a barbeque party on the roof. Pictures of this apartment are 100% accurate. What else? Big supermarket Consum is 5 min on foot-great selection of seafood and jamon. But I suggest to take that bus early morning to Mercado at least once to get even better selection. Overall, we will gladly return to Consuelo's penthouse. Thank you, Consuelo!

Great apartment perfectly located

The apartment is ideally located just 100m from the beautiful beach of San Juan (you can see it from the balcony and roof terrace). It’s well-equipped and the roof terrace is wonderful! We had the pool to ourselves most of our holiday too. There is everything on hand for a perfect, relaxing holiday with plenty of restaurants nearby and two supermarkets just five minutes walk away. We didn’t bother hiring a car this holiday, as the tram stop is only a five-minute walk. In 20 minutes you’re in the centre of Alicante, which is a lovely, bustling city with an attractive old quarter with winding streets, lots of bars and restaurants and great shopping. We also visited Tabarca island on a boat from the marina. Our 20-year-old daughter and her friend also recommend the bars and clubs! A great place to stay. The owner, Consuelo, was attentive and helpful from our initial booking to leaving. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We simply loved the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped compared to other vacation rentals. The apartment provided everything we needed. The huge sun terrace on the roof was pure luxury. The building felt safe. The location is perfect with the beach just one block away and the beautiful promenade by the sea for exercising. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The area was peaceful at night.

Vi var 4 mand i lejligheden i en uge og det var helt perfekt. Dejlig lejlighed med skøn tagterrasse. Dejlig strand og gode restauranter i området. Og nemt at komme til Alicante centrum. Og Consuelo var rar og service minded og altid klar til at hjælpe. Så kan varmt anbefale lejligheden
