« The cabin is situated in the most beautiful and peaceful area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin really let it down. We bought a full shop on the way to check in, but we couldn’t use the oven as all the numbers had worn off around the dials. A lot of food and money wasted, which is frustrating as we booked this cabin over an alternative due to the kitchen. The crockery/cutlery/cookware were dirty. « We had room 6, bejou and spotless. Just 3 little gripes in the bathroom. 1) There is no blind on the window. 2) Mirror over basin is stomach height, husband had to bend double to shave. 3) No shelf for toiletries. Otherwise the hotel is great. The food is FABULOUS. Biggest lamb shank i'd ever had. Breakfast bacon is a must and perfect fried eggs. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely stay here again »

« No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. »

« My husband, dog and I absolutely loved our five night break at stable cottage which was clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the extra touches of welcome card, flowers and a few treats for us and even the dog! Really thoughtful.. Thanks for making this a wonderful stay. »
