« The staff were available through email, and allowed me to check in early which was very helpful and kind. I didn't love the layout of my particular room, I didn't know quite what to expect from the photos which aren't reflective of the actual rooms. The bed was in a small room to the side with barely any space around it, and the living room/kitchen was quite narrow. I am a particular person (read picky), so I am guessing the room would have fully pleased someone else! I didn't ask to change...

« Definitely not "serviced ". 2 loo rolls, half a bottle of washing up liquid, 1 x pod for washing machine and about 75ml milk left to us for 4 nights/5 days. Check in is an email sent to you literally at 2pm, not a minute earlier and there is a number to call if anything emergency is needed. Other than that, no human interaction. Your room key is a swipe you get in your email. Noisy at night if you're at the front. There is a nearby church whose bells are chimed every 15 mins throughout the night...

« Très bien localisé sur la marina avec une belle vue du restaurant et une terrasse sympa. Sauna, salle de sport pratique et piscine relativement grande pour un hotel. Par contre bien que les chambres sont refaite (peintures, traveaux...) ça reste un peux vieux. On entend tout les bruits de la chambre connectée. Personnels acceuillant. »

« We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. »
