« The good things: location is great and the room was comfy. The bad things: - room noisy. Garden bar right underneath with music loud after midnight.. the staff dared to say this was a “quiet” room when we checked in. It’s everything but. - 750 mL of water for 2 adults per day then 6EUR / bottle (of 750mL). It’s 35 degrees Celsius right now. There is no water fountain in the hotel. The staff suggested we get water outside of the hotel at 9pm. - breakfast closes at 10.30. We came at 10 the...

« The location of this apartment hotel cannot be beaten - right beside the Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio and steps from cafes, restaurants and gelaterias. The apartment we had was on the 5th floor, lovely rooftop views, a very comfortable bed and very spacious. A few little items of home decor would make it more homely - it was a little bare - but even so we wouldn't hesitate to book it again for the location. Check in was straightforward and the hotel also helped us find car parking outside the...

« The apartment was advertised--beautiful architecture, lovely and clean decor, a very well appointed flat in a beautiful and well-maintained building. The renovations were very well done and the property manager is wonderful! There is plenty of closet space, the shower is spacious with great water pressure, and there is A/C if you need it. I wish I had planned a longer stay! I look forward to returning. »

« Alla was perfect »

« L’emplacement est parfait. Petit déjeuners excellent! Gabriella est très gentille, merci :) »
