« Good room with private bathroom. very clean, staff is nice and helpful, convenient parking. Breakfast is fine and included. Go »

« Amazing location, great staff and service, quiet and comfortable room (as requested), delicious breakfasts. »

« Chambre propre , literie confortable »

« Initially, the manager of this guest house was helpful and offered to set up the beds as two singles instead of a double, which was better for us. We had to pay £10 extra to check in 1pm instead of 3pm, but at least that helped with our plans for the day. Unfortunately, during the stay we encountered a number of issues, the most serious being that we appear to have been bitten by bed bugs. Further issues included a strong mouldy smell in the whole accommodation (it was hard to let fresh air in...

« L’équipe étais super ! »

« Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel. »

« I booked this property's »

« Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can...

« We stayed for 4 nights. It was really hot out and the room was hot. First room, a/c didn't work. They changed us to another room. 2nd room, a/c worked first night. Then each day it stopped working. I told the front staff on 4 occasions. They reset it from their end. I had the worst sleeps in the hot room with flat uncomfortable pillows. The front staff said that they disconnect the a/c each day. It is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this hotel. »
