« Booked a couple of nights here as we love the coast & had never been to Withernsea before, the house is lovely & warm and had the most amazing sea views from the lounge & double bedroom. There were nice touches, like a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & Prosecco, as well as the movement detecting plug-in lights which doubled as torches - really useful. There are plenty of pubs, takeaways, an Aldi & a massive amusement centre with bowling a few minutes walk away. Our dogs also loved...

« Breakfast excellent. Lovely property and surroundings..Peaceful location with good parking including electric chargers. Friendly staff. We had an executive room in the old stable block. Very comfortable. Strong shower and water very hot. A couple of minor points that would be easy to remedy: a shelf or basket to put shampoo in rather than on the edge or the bath and a towel hook within easy reach of the shower. »

Was seen soon as I walked in and being a pub the lovely lady told me straight away there was live music and it might be a bit noisy. Which I didn’t mind as I was going to work.
