"This place is stuck in the past and not in a charming way. The carpet is stained, the bathroom looks like it was patched together with the cheapest possible materials, and the furniture and curtains have clearly seen better decades. Everything feels neglected and uncomfortable. That might almost be forgivable if the service made up for it, but it actually makes the stay worse. The receptionist couldn’t even be bothered to help and preferred chatting with colleagues instead. On top of that the hotel’s own restaurant was closed even though there is nothing else nearby, which just adds to the frustration. If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, or even basic hospitality, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This place should not still be in business."
