« Perfect location - walking distance to the Acropolis, National Gardens, modern Olympic stadium, Monument to the Unknown Soldier/Evzones, and amazing restaurants and shops! Short walk from the Acropoli metro station, which is how we got to the home from the airport. The home was just as shown in the listing, and had a great selection of movies and books. I'll stay here again when I'm back in Athens. »

« The apartment was clean and well enough appointed. The washer/dryer was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Be prepared for street noise at all hours… but the location can’t be beat. Very convenient for food, shopping, hop on/off buses, walk to the Acropolis and other sites. Owner was always quick to reply and helped with everything we needed. »

« This is a very good property in the perfect location with an outstanding host. You simply cannot get a better location to visit the historic ( and happening!) area of Athens. The host is extremely accomodating and communicates very quickly and accurately. You cannot go wrong staying here. I very highly recommend! »

« We had such a nice time in a traditional neighborhood. We ate at a locally owned family restaurant and also went to the neighborhood bakery- both were fantastic! We spent most of our time relaxing in the garden which was lovely and cool. Hosts were fantastic and even arranged a cab to the port for our cruise and walked us to the restaurant. Great hospitality! »

« We liked staying in the apartment versus a hotel because we felt more a part of a neighborhood. The location is absolutely perfect! An easy walk to everywhere. We bought a 3 day Hop on Hop Off ticket and were able to see the beaches and Piraeus. We used the bus as transport to the cruise port and that saved us a separate taxi ride. The main air conditioner didnt seem to work but we were able to use the one in the bedroom. There were no washcloths, a small inconvenience. We would recommend it and...

« As four friends travelling together it is not always easy to find a place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms…..this was a great find for us. Andreas, our host, was just wonderful; quick with responses and suggestions. This was my third trip to Athens and the location of this apartment was the best yet. Though I’ve stayed in Plaka each trip this was by far the very best location . Look no further ! »

« It is Hydra, and there are some steps to be climbed to get to it either on foot or by donkey, but our kind host Theodora has a gem of a property at which to stay close to town. It is very neat and clean, with a little inner courtyard for eating dinner and visiting with friends, and a roof top area that can be climbed via a narrow stair case with great views of the surrounding neighborhood and Hydra Town. (This was a really nice feature) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend...

« We had a great stay on Hydra, Greece. This accommodation was just right for our family - a very comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The island of Hydra is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating. We arrived early (before check-in time) and she allowed us to leave all of our luggage in the apartment while they finished cleaning. »

« Very good value for money! Only problem we did not have warm water… not a huge problem in July in Greece but needs fixing. Also the beach next door is not nice. But overall kids loved it and it is well situated . »
