This spacious luxury condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary living space is filled with natural light and opens seamlessly onto expansive wraparound balconies through large sliding glass doors, creating an effortless indoor outdoor flow and offering views of the harbor and village below. A second private balcony off the third bedroom provides a quiet retreat to enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes.
The open concept living area is designed for both comfort and connection, with inviting seating and thoughtful finishes throughout. The Penthaus at Egg Harbor is centrally located in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, in the heart of Door County. Situated directly in the village center, restaurants, shops, galleries, the marina, and the waterfront are all just steps away, making it easy to explore Egg Harbor entirely on foot.
Door County is a seventy mile long peninsula located between Green Bay and Lake Michigan and is home to dozens of charming cities, towns, and villages, each offering its own unique character and attractions. The Door Peninsula is easily accessible by car, boat, and airplane, with the Ephraim Gibraltar Airport located approximately ten minutes from Egg Harbor.
Parking for guests includes one reserved garage space and one reserved outdoor space. Additional public parking is available nearby within the village, subject to local regulations. With its walkable location and central setting, The Penthaus offers convenient access to the best of Door County without the need for daily driving.
