A beautiful 1 bedroom cabin in the woods of Door County 8 mins from downtown Egg Harbor and 5 mins from the best beach in the area (Frank Murphy Park Beach)
The Space
Welcome to our Cozy Cottage by the lake! This cabin is tucked away on about an acre and a half of wooded land. This property can be enjoyed all year long! You can enjoy the wood burning fireplace and proximity to Egg Harbor in the winter, watch the wild life come alive in the spring, relax after a day at the beach in the summer, and take in the seasonal colors and fall festivities!
The house accommodates 4 people with full 1 bed and a queen pull out couch.
We have high speed wifi that can stream TV. It includes a mesh router and 2 extenders to get wifi in and out of the house.
The TV in the Living room is a Amazon Fire TV. You can download and log into any app and stream from your profile.
Central heating & Air
Kitchen Amenities:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Coffee Pot and Toaster. We also include some pots, pans, crockpot, strainers, cups, plates, mugs, wine glasses, Tupperware (please don't take), silverware and other basic baking supplies
We do have a second unit on the property that could be rented to a separate group. You won't share any space other than the driveway.
Other things to note
• All guests must be 25+ (children with parents okay)
• 4 person max
• 2 vehicle max
• No parties or events
• No smoking
• No pets
• We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels but you may need to buy more for longer stays. That includes 2 rolls per bathroom and 2 paper towel rolls.
• We provide a starter amount of dish soap. If you need more please buy your own.
• We have a hairdryer
• We supply hand soap
• We do not supply any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
• The fireplace is not available for use from April 1 - October 1
• In the fireplace on months please open the flue when being used and close it when you are done. The handles get hot so please be careful.
• No late check out or early check-in. If you arrive early or check out late there will be a $50 charge per.
• No fires outside of the fileplace including candles.

Nice small cabin in the woods. Great location to all the Door County towns. Amenities and decorating were scarce…”things to make it homey; i.e. no soap for shower, no towel bars, double bed/mattress needs replacing, end tables in living room would be nice to set drinks items on, etc.

Convenient little cabin
This little cabin was very nice for our two night stay in Door County. Just south of Egg Harbor it was a quick drive to any of the State Parks and other small towns. Check in and check out was straight forward. Cabin was clean, had dishes, pots and pans. Only thing missing which could have been included in the description but I missed it was shampoo and soap in the shower. This little cabin sits right behind a larger cabin so a little less private than I was expecting but it wasn’t a problem.

Quiet, nestled with the trees, contemplative
Wonderful, convenient spot for a Door County getaway.
Needed to replace a few lightbulbs. Could have used more bath and kitchen towels. A few more hooks in the bathroom for towels would have been great. Also sketchy wifi. HOWEVER… loved staying here! Beautiful surroundings and centrally located for a door county tour! Thanks!!!

Comfortable, clean, great atmosphere
Great little spot to enjoy a week away!
First impression, this place is astoundingly clean. From the kitchen appliances to the bathroom to the building itself, everything feels new, when I walked in I half thought I must have been the first person to stay there.
There is lots of comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the peninsula, with lots of light from the windows and skylights with great views of the surrounding woods. I particularly enjoyed looking out the back while eating breakfast in the mornings.
Only complaints: there is a window with no shade in the bedroom and the morning light made it hard to sleep in. Also the internet service was hit-and-miss, frustratingly it seemed to cut out during the rain, when staying in and streaming would have been most welcome.
But overall very satisfied with my stay, would recommend.
