Located in the luxurious and sought-after neighborhood of Arrowhead, a division of Beaver Creek, this spacious, six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom single-family home is the definition of 'Heaven on Earth'. Enjoy the awesome perk that is getting to Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, and Beaver Creek Mountain with the complimentary 'Village Connect' shuttle service available on-demand. This prime location will situate you right across the street from tennis courts and close to the Jack Nicholas designed golf course at Country Club of the Rockies.

This three-story home has enough space to host large families, groups of friends, and couples alike. Entertainment will be endless with the well-appointed game room in the basement, which has a wet bar, a comfortable seating area, a large flatscreen TV, and a full-size pool table. The basement also hosts two bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Climb up the stairs to reach the second level of the home, where the main living space is located. Here, you will have plenty of comfortable areas to unwind and even access to a private patio with views of Aspen trees. The gas grill is just perfect for family barbecues and the shared hot tub will be just the place to soak under the stars. Grab your favorite blanket and snuggle up right in front of the double-sided gas fireplace on the large sectional while reading a book, sharing a fun chat with your guests, or watching a favorite movie on the large, wall-mounted TV. The chef of the group will have a blast in the open and fully-equipped kitchen. This space has been beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, dishwasher, stove, microwave, electric oven, and two coffee makers. The gorgeous island has seating for two, so the chef is not left alone while treating you all to delicious meals, which will take place at the gorgeous dining room with an eight-person dining table. This level also features a private office ideal for remote working while on vacation, along with a primary bedroom with a flatscreen TV and an en suite bath with a separate tub and a standalone shower. Three more bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms are located on the third level.

You will have no delay in hopping on the lifts and getting your fill of fresh powder on some of the most legendary slopes in Colorado. When you want to venture a little further, head over to Avon or Beaver Creek for even more mountain adventures. Come summer, endless hiking and biking will be just the way to soak up some sunshine. There is a large green space behind the house that kids can play in and parents can watch from inside, as well as a walking path that joins a sidewalk that goes to the Country Club of the Rockies which has a restaurant for dinner that is open to the public. Plus, the shops and restaurants in downtown Edwards will not disappoint!

Please store skis and boots in the garage, not in the house.

Dial a ride from the door to Arrowhead Village and Beaver Creek Village is complimentary.
Gated community. You must provide your name and house number at the gate in order to enter.
The house has 3 TVs and Comcast cable with multiple channels and DVR available for recording programs to watch at one's leisure.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Please log out of streaming accounts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
