Welcome to Bachelor Springs 44, by Mountain Vacation Lodging. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom has consistently high quality finishes and furnishings throughout. As part of the gated Arrowhead Community within the Beaver Creek Resort, this property provides a quiet, secure setting, as well as the added convenience of the Village Connect shuttle system and other exclusive amenities.

The Property:

With nearly 3,000 square feet of living space, the home offers ample room to relax, while vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of openness in the main living area and upper-level bedrooms. With seating for eight in both the living room and dining area, the home is well suited for comfortable group dining and relaxation. The 4 bedrooms all have ample size, a dedicated bathroom, and either a King, Split King, or Queen bed. The split King room can be set up as a King or 2 Twins - we'll ask for your preference before your arrival. The kitchen and bathrooms are finished with solid stone countertops and ample vanity space. Hardwood floors and slate tile are paired with plush carpeting in the bedrooms. Throughout the home, high-quality furnishings and linens complement a tasteful western mountain décor that feels cohesive and refined without being overdone.

Location:
When you stay at Bachelor Springs 44, you'll be within the Knudson Ranch portion of the Arrowhead base area. Knudson Ranch is a small, extra private portion of Arrowhead, serviced by a separate gated entrance. Knudson Ranch offers a quieter, more private residential setting than the primary Arrowhead base, with spacious homes and a relaxed mountain-neighborhood feel. While still close to Arrowhead's lifts and amenities, it delivers a calmer, more convenient balance of resort access and everyday practicality. Staying in the Arrowhead Village area of Beaver Creek Resort offers a set of advantages compared with other base areas like Beaver Creek Village or The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Arrowhead is noted as the least crowded base area of the resort, making it ideal for guests who prefer a calmer, less hectic environment. Lines at the Arrow Bahn Express (Lift 17) and around Arrowhead tend to be lighter compared to busier parts of the resort. From here you'll use the Village Connect shuttle to access the slopes. They'll pick you up at your door and take you to and from locations within the Beaver Creek Resort area, including the Upper Village or the Arrow Bahn lift, which is the closest. So, you can easily access the restaurants, shops, and lifts in Beaver Creek Village if desired. You can also drive and park, if you prefer. Arrowhead isn't just winter-focused: it has access to hiking and biking trails and close-by golf through the Country Club of the Rockies. From here, it's faster and easier to reach the Eagle River, the trail system along its banks, and the shopping and dining areas up and down the valley than when staying in other parts of Beaver Creek.

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have.
– Accessing the property: From the garage, entering the lower level requires zero stairs. From the driveway to the front door, there is one half flight of stairs. The main level is one flight up from the driveway and garage. Bedrooms 1 & 3 are 2 flights up from the driveway and garage.
– Parking: There is reserved parking for up to 4 cars, with up to 2 in the garage and up to 2 directly in front of the garage. There is also some additional shared parking just past and to the right of the home. Please reach out prior to booking if you will have a trailer, RVs and Camper, which may be prohibited.
– 4WD vehicle information: The roads which lead to and from this property are generally easy to navigate and well maintained. However, please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. When traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.

** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. This property exceeded my expectations! I especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen. There was every appliance and kitchen gadget you could ever need. We prepared our dinners at home every night, and had all the tools to do it right. The pantry had olive oil and salt and a few spices, as well as things like tin foil and containers for storing the leftovers. The house was also really fresh. It smelled good and had GREAT fluffy towels. Overall this home was a fantastic value and I would absolutely book it again in the future. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
