The suite has a separate side entrance on the left side of the Home (beside the Porch). When we say it's cozy, it has its own separate furnace. You will feel warmth in the winter in the 600 sq ft space.
The living room has a 55" Samsung LED Television, power reclining leather couch.
The Suite was recently developed, brand new Refrigerator, Stove, Washer and Dryer, 2 very comfortable Queen size beds in the bedrooms. The rooms have adequate shelving in the closet.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cooking supplies, toaster, K-cup Coffee machine.
There is a dedicated computer station.
Laundry is free. The Laundry room has a new Samsung Washer/Dryer stacked front load unit, cleaning supplies such as mop, broom, dust pan, recycle bin, etc.
