It is perfect for large families or work crews. The location is super convenient, close to everything in the city. It is 10 minutes from West Edmonton Mall and 8-10 min from downtown. The house has a great relaxing vibe with a charming backyard with a new BBQ and plenty of space for your pet or a gathering. There's also ample parking around the house, including a pad for an RV and a single garage.
The house is fully equipped with everything you'll need- washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen and all appliances, TV, wifi, etc, as well as little things like an iron and a hair dryer.
Pets only allowed with permission and for an extra fee! No unreported pets allowed.
