🌡️ NO AIR CONDITIONING ‣ This home does not have A/C. It is not common in Edmonton. It can get warmer occasionally. Fans are provided for your comfort. Please do not book if you are sensitive to heat.
♨️ HOT TUB RULES ‣ Open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM ‣ Registered guests only ‣ Shower before use to reduce oils, lotions, and dirt in the water ‣ No bubble bath, soaps, or oils—$500 drain fee if found ‣ Limit use to 30 minutes per session ‣ Quiet voices only — no loud music or yelling ‣ Only potty-trained children allowed ‣ No glassware near or in the hot tub ‣ Swimwear only—no regular clothing ‣ No food or drinks inside the tub ‣ Do not remove chlorine floater ‣ Use designated pool towels only ‣ Always replace the cover after use

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ‣ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours’ notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren’t always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we’ll let you know.
🧳 LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS ‣ Please double-check before leaving. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or damaged after departure.
📦 MAIL & PARCELS ‣ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, contact a local post office for options. For larger parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible for retrieving, storing, or replacing any mail or packages that are lost, delayed, or mis-delivered.
🛠 MAINTENANCE & ACCESS ‣ Emergencies may require entry without notice. For non-emergencies, we will always provide notice where possible. Guests will always receive a message from us as soon as possible in all situations.
💳 CANCELLATIONS ‣ For bookings where Contigo Properties is the payment processor, a 10% non-refundable processing fee applies at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds follow the Contigo Properties Cancellation Policy provided at reservation for these platforms. If any site displays “free cancellation,” the Contigo Properties policy takes precedence. By booking, guests authorize Contigo Properties to charge the card on file per the agreed payment schedule and acknowledge that chargebacks for authorized transactions are not permitted.

We stayed with our family for 3 nights and it was everything that we needed. The condo was very clean and spacious. The main bedroom was very large with a king size bed. The beds are firm but comfortable. The condo was quiet which I liked. The use of a shared hot tub space was a nice extra in the evenings and the PAC Man arcade game was fun for everyone. There is an option to use a garage space which was also great for peace of mind. The garage just fit our Palisade so I wouldn’t attempt anything wider than that. This is not a negative, just a heads up. Communication with the hosts was very fast and positive. Overall I would not hesitate to rent from again.

The home was very nice, easy access with key pad, decor was great and all the home like feel and utensils and equipment was wonderful. Only reason I wouldn’t stay again in summer is there is no air conditioning and it was uncomfortable.

It was a really and quiet environment
My stay was really nice and quiet. The house was really nice and cosy it gave very much home vibes.The kitchen was really big and had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable and nice.Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this home in any future vacation to Edmonton.
